1Who builds Poolr
Poolr is a product of Paizah Global Solutions Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and registered in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
We are a small team building one thing: a way for people going to the same place at the same time to go together — and for the driver to get their fuel cost back instead of eating it.

3Who is responsible
Complaints about the service, another user, your data, or anything on Poolr go to the Grievance Officer. The same channel handles data requests under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. See Grievance Redressal.
4What Poolr is — and is not
Poolr only matches people travelling the same way. We are not a taxi service, not a transport provider, and not a party to any ride. We do not own vehicles or employ drivers.
Poolr never holds your ride money. Riders settle the fuel share directly with the driver over UPI. We take no cut of it.

5Where we are in the journey
Poolr is early. The app is live, we are onboarding our first workplaces, and we would rather tell you that plainly than pretend otherwise. If you are an employer, a campus, or a government office and want to run a pilot, we will set it up ourselves and stay close to it.
